2015 SPRING REC REGISTRATION NOW OPEN
Registration for the 2015 spring recreation baseball season is open as of November 19, 2014
Monday, March 2nd, 2015
Monroe Twp. Recreation Center
All MTBA volunteer managers and coaches (Rec and Travel) must have the Rutgers S.A.F.E.T.Y. Certification to be allowed on the field and in the dugout with the children of our program; if you are even considering volunteering on the field it is suggested you take this course if you haven't before (this is the only time it will be offered in Monroe prior to the baseball season). This course is open to other organizations and fills fast so pre-register as soon as possible if you need the certification.
MTBA sponsor Seaview Orthopaedics will present this free clinic on Saturday, March 21st, from 11 AM - 2 PM at the Rec Center. Topics to be covered include: general first aid, injury prevention, concussion management, throwing injuries, and much more. All MTBA volunteers and parents are welcome, registration is not required.
*Last year's clinic was very informative, we encourage our baseball parents to attend; it did not last three hours, and you don't need to stay the whole time; ample opportunity for Q&A, and the doctors were happy to speak with individuals after their presentation
Please follow the link to the left for information on the 2015 scholarship program available to high school seniors that are MTBA alumni.
