JMP Spring Prep/Clean-up Day

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

An excellent opportunity to get in some volunteer hours required for your work bond refund!

Saturday, March 20th, 2021  9:00am - 12:00pm

James Monroe Park - 184 Dey Grove Rd.

• Bring rakes, leaf blowers, work gloves, etc. to clean up the winter debris and otherwise help get our beautiful facility ready for baseball season.

• Remember to bring your work bond time sheet so an MTBA official can sign it for credit for the volunteer hours.  Click here to download & print the workbond timesheet. 

• If you have a teenage son or daughter that needs volunteer/community service hours, please bring them along and we’d be happy to document their hours.

• Volunteers should meet near the snack stand at James Monroe Park shortly around 9am. If you can’t make it at that time, no worries, whenever you do get to James Monroe Park please seek out an MTBA official for instructions. Please stay as long as you can afford to help get our beautiful park ready for the upcoming season. Whether it is 1 hour or 4 hours, all assistance is greatly needed and appreciated!

• Reminder to rec managers -- you (or someone) needs to pick up your equipment bag at the fieldhouse between 9:30 - 11:00 AM on this day
